Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information rlrp2gether LLC, doing business as Atlanta Philly Italian Pasta & Subs ("we", "us"), collects through atlphilly.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only, not to in-store purchases or our social media pages.
What we collect

We do not use advertising trackers, sell your information, or build marketing profiles.
How we use it
- To prepare your order, have it ready at the time you chose, and contact you about it.
- To charge your card and send you a receipt, and to issue refunds.
- To run the rewards program: sign-in links, and crediting points to your account.
- To keep the site secure: blocking bots, preventing fraud and fixing errors.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We send messages about your order or account. We also send occasional promotional emails, but only if you choose to receive them; giving your email for an order does not sign you up. Every promotional email includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that run the site for us, and only what each one needs:
- Stripe processes card payments and emails your receipt. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare hosts the website and provides our bot check (Turnstile). See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Resend delivers our emails, such as rewards sign-in links. See Resend's privacy policy.
- Google Maps shows the map on our Home and Contact pages. Loading the map sends your IP address to Google. See Google's privacy policy.
Our kitchen staff see your first name and your order on the kitchen display. They do not see your phone number, email address or card details there.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
Cookies & browser storage
- Your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it survives a page reload. It is not sent to us until you check out.
- Rewards sign-in uses one cookie to keep you signed in for up to 30 days. It is removed when you sign out.
- Our bot check and the embedded Google map may set their own cookies. See their policies above.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
- Kitchen display: orders are deleted automatically after a short period, currently 7 days.
- Payment records are kept by Stripe, and by us as our tax and accounting rules require.
- Rewards accounts are kept until you ask us to delete yours. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and can be used only once.
- Email delivery records (whether a message was sent) are kept for 30 days.
- Security and server logs are kept for a limited period to keep the site running and secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, including your rewards account. Contact us using the details below. We will verify it is you before making changes. Some records, such as completed payments, must be kept for legal reasons even after a deletion request.
You can also order in person or by phone without creating an account.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Card entry is handled by Stripe, and we do not store card numbers. Rewards sign-in uses one-time email links instead of passwords. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who can access your information and what they can see.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
